STUDY HALL TERMS OF SERVICE

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
11. Promotional Offers
Promotions:
• may be modified or cancelled at any time;
• have no cash value unless expressly stated;
• cannot be combined unless permitted;
• may be revoked in cases of abuse or error.
Study Hall's interpretation of promotional terms is final.
12. Refusal of Service

13. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address confirmed by the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

• package theft after delivery;
• carrier delays;

14. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Study Hall reserves all legal rights regarding payment disputes.

STUDY HALL REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility
We want every customer to receive authentic, high-quality products.
Returns are accepted only for eligible merchandise that:
• is requested within 14 days of delivery;
• is unused and unworn;
• remains in original condition;
• includes original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation;
• shows no signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, alteration, or misuse.
Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Final Sale
Unless prohibited by law, the following are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Shipping Addresses
